What happens if my loved one doesn't pick up or reply?
If a Wellness or Reminder check-in goes unconfirmed after its attempts, Dovie alerts your care circle so someone can reach out.
If your loved one doesn't pick up the phone or reply to the text, Dovie tries again according to your schedule. If a Wellness or Reminder check-in still isn't confirmed by the end of those attempts, your care circle gets an escalation alert by email and text (and a call, if you turn it on).
Anyone in the care circle can acknowledge the alert to let everyone know they're handling it. Social Calls don't escalate — they're just for connection.
